Double-Chocolate Biscotti

Photobucket

I don't know if you've ever taken the opportunity to try Biscotti; if not (or even if you have), you must try this recipe! One of my sisters is planning a "Murder Mystery Dinner" for some friends and was in need of ideas for things to serve. One of the things that fit well with the theme was Biscotti, however it is something I had never taken the opportunity to try making before. We decided to face the new adventure together. I am amazed at how easy a process making Biscotti is! We tried this recipe from Bon Appetit, but leaving the white chocolate chips out (my sister is not a fan), and they turned out fantastic! The cookie is delicious and they look just like the fancy ones you see in restaurants and upscale stores. We decided, however, in order to take them up a notch we might try dipping half of each cookie in melted milk chocolate.

  2. I'd love to see your sisters plan for "Murder Mystery Dinner". I haven't made biscotti in years and yours sounds so good, I am inspired to try your recipe.

Thank you for your fantastic presentation last month at R.S. Homemaking. I was visiting with my sister, June.
